Job Summary
As a Product Specialist, you will lead customer interactions and sales performance, fostering meaningful relationships with HCPs. Your role will center on creating personalized customer experiences to drive competitive sales growth while adhering to ethical and compliant practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth:
- Personalize and orchestrate engagement journeys for target HCPs, leveraging diverse content and channels.
- Build lasting relationships with HCPs to foster collaboration and sales.
- Customer Engagement:
- Listen to HCP needs, understanding their healthcare environment, and provide solutions beyond clinical differentiation.
- Use data insights to prioritize and adjust territory, account, and customer interaction plans dynamically.
- Collaboration and Ethics:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address unmet customer and patient needs.
- Act with integrity, adhering to Novartis’ Code of Ethics and promoting transparency and respect.
- Insight Sharing:
- Share valuable customer insights to support product content, campaigns, and interaction planning.
Candidate Profile
- Experience:
- 5+ years in Sales within the Healthcare, Pharma, or related industries.
- Established network with target customer groups and knowledge of the territory is essential.
- Education:
- Science background is mandatory (B.Sc or B.Pharm).
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ethical Standards:
- Demonstrated ability to act ethically and address dilemmas appropriately.
