Position Summary:
As the Team Lead for Medical Communications, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of medical communications projects. This role involves ensuring high-quality and timely execution of deliverables while leading a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee med comms project delivery for assigned brand(s), ensuring the team meets agreed-upon scope, timeline, and budget.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coach associates, promoting engagement and a positive team culture.
- Quality Control: Directly handle key activities, ensuring compliance and adherence to quality standards.
- Resource Allocation: Monitor project priorities and allocate resources based on requirements, optimizing workload distribution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular updates and feedback loops with stakeholders to meet business needs.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to increase team productivity and efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Track established KPIs and take proactive measures for continuous improvement.
- Talent Development: Recruit, manage performance, and develop team members through training and coaching initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 10+ years in Medical Communications, HEOR, or Statistics, with a proven track record in leadership and project management.
- Education: M.Sc., M.Pharm, PhD, or a Doctoral Degree in Medical Sciences (MBBS/MD/equivalent).
- Skills: Self-motivated, proactive, with experience in operational excellence projects and a focus on process improvement.
