Position Summary: As a Territory Business Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving customer interactions and sales performance. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate relationships that deliver value to both customers and patients, ensuring sales growth in a compliant and ethical manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans, customer events, and marketing campaigns to meet sales objectives.
- Achieve sales, productivity, and performance targets within budget and timelines.
- Provide key account support and market access assistance, including referral networks.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of specialist areas, priority products, and competitive landscape.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
- Complete reports accurately and in a timely manner; handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to achieve overall company objectives.
- Adhere to adverse event guidelines and the Novartis Code of Conduct.
- If in a managerial role, oversee sales planning, reporting, and team knowledge.
- Manage sales revenue and market share targets, customer activities budget, and key account maintenance.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Healthcare/Pharma sector with a strong customer network.
- Territory knowledge is essential.
- Educational background in Science (B.Sc or B.Pharma) is required.
- Excellent communication skills.
