Job Description:

The role is within Finance Global Business Services (GBS), which supports various financial operations globally, including Accounting, Procurement, Commercial Analytics, and Financial Planning & Analytics. The Associate Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis of rare disease markets and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of rare disease markets, focusing on competitive landscape, market dynamics, and emerging trends.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the rare disease market, including key players and product portfolios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Utilize data sources like Komodo, IQVIA to provide actionable intelligence.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Work with project teams to understand business objectives and create effective solutions.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics with skills in Tableau, PowerPoint, and Excel reporting.
  • Experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or data analysis within the pharmaceutical industry, especially in the rare disease therapy area, is a plus.
  • Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau Advanced, Excel, Alteryx, Power BI) is required.
  • Excellent storytelling abilities for business presentations and strong stakeholder management skills.
