Job Description: Novo Nordisk, a global healthcare company with 89 years of innovation and leadership in diabetes care, as well as leading positions within Haemophilia care, growth hormone therapy, and hormone replacement therapy, is seeking a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) for their pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between site staff and Novo Nordisk, acting as an ambassador for the company.
  • Lead site management for the selection, initiation, conduction, and closing activities of assigned studies in compliance with local regulations, ICH-GCP, NN procedures, and protocol requirements.
  • Ensure data quality and study subject protection.
  • Responsible for site-level recruitment, directly impacting the successful completion of the clinical program.
  • Coordinate with CRM and RTM, communicating progress and critical issues that may impair trial progress. In some cases, maintain direct contact with the ITM.
  • Conduct efficient and accurate site selection visits, including analysis of site logistics and performance/quality indicators.
  • Accountable for patient recruitment strategies and the implementation of mitigation actions.
  • Visit trial sites regularly to perform required monitoring activities.
  • Proactively use IT Systems (e.g., IMPACT, EDC) for site visit preparation and conduct, as well as source data verification in collaboration with the data management/logistics team.

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Medicine, Science, Pharmacy, or another relevant field.
  • Certified in ICH GCP preferred.
  • Additional qualifications in clinical research preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
  • Experience in 1-2 multinational clinical trials phase 2-3 from site initiation till site closure preferred.
