Oil India Limited, a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking, is looking to engage Pharmacists on a contractual basis for immediate deployment at their Field Headquarters in Duliajan. The positions are for candidates from the states of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh, with a requirement to work in remote and challenging environments.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Educational Qualification:
    • 10+2 in science stream from a government-recognized board/university.
    • 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy from a Government of India recognized institution.
    • Registration with the Assam Pharmacy Council and valid Pharmacist License.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Pharmacist.
  3. Age Limit (as on the date of registration):
    • Minimum Age: 22 years
    • Maximum Age:
      • General: 40 years
      • OBC (NCL): 43 years
      • SC/ST: 45 years
  4. Contractual Emoluments:
    • Fixed Emolument: ₹24,960 per month
    • Variable Emolument: ₹960 per working day

Period of Contractual Engagement:

The initial contract is for 6 months, with the possibility of extension up to 24 months based on performance and departmental requirements.

Selection Process:

  • Walk-in Practical/Skill Test and Personal Assessment
    • Date of Registration: 20th January 2025, from 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM
    • Test Date: 20th January 2025
    • Venue: Occupational Health Centre, OIL Hospital, Duliajan
    • Candidates should bring their personal bio-data and required documents for registration.

Documents Required for Registration:

  1. 1 recent passport-sized photograph (3cm x 3cm)
  2. Original and self-attested copies of:
    • Identity Proof, Address Proof, Class 10 Admit Card/Marksheet
    • Relevant qualification and experience certificates
    • Caste certificate (if applicable)
    • Disability certificate (if applicable)
    • Ex-servicemen documents (if applicable)
  3. No-Objection Certificate from the current employer (if applicable)

Important Notes:

  • The Walk-in process will continue for candidates if the number of registrations exceeds the venue’s capacity.
  • Candidates need to secure a minimum of 50% in the Practical/Skill Test to be considered for selection.
  • The engagement is purely contractual, with no guarantee of future employment.
