Position: CV Health & Science Professional (HSP)

Location: Jackson, MS, USA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales within the assigned territory.
  • Engage with customers both face-to-face and virtually.
  • Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans; identify and execute live/virtual engagement strategies to maximize overall effectiveness and impact.
  • Build and maintain rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments; utilize existing and evolving digital tools effectively for successful customer engagement.
  • Understand and leverage internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities.
  • Compliantly leverage product and disease state knowledge to appropriately educate providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions for relevant patient populations; strategically utilize approved clinically oriented disease state information and patient resources as applicable.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork capabilities to collaborate effectively and compliantly across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives.
  • Complete all administrative expectations on time and in compliance with company policies.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in one or more of the following:
    • Professional Sales or Promotional Activity
    • Small Business Owner or other Entrepreneurial experience
    • Marketing, Customer Service, and/or Account Management
    • Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT, etc.)
    • Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal)
    • Full-Time Military experience
  • Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border.
  • Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing.
  • Proven track record of sales or marketing success, strong territory management skills, outstanding communication skills, demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability.
  • Experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic areas, and products.
  • Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations).
  • Must reside within the territory boundaries.
