Position: CV Health & Science Professional (HSP)
Location: Jackson, MS, USA
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales within the assigned territory.
- Engage with customers both face-to-face and virtually.
- Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans; identify and execute live/virtual engagement strategies to maximize overall effectiveness and impact.
- Build and maintain rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments; utilize existing and evolving digital tools effectively for successful customer engagement.
- Understand and leverage internal reports and analytics to identify, develop, and implement strategic business opportunities.
- Compliantly leverage product and disease state knowledge to appropriately educate providers on unbranded and branded product value propositions for relevant patient populations; strategically utilize approved clinically oriented disease state information and patient resources as applicable.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork capabilities to collaborate effectively and compliantly across the organization to address customer inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives.
- Complete all administrative expectations on time and in compliance with company policies.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in one or more of the following:
- Professional Sales or Promotional Activity
- Small Business Owner or other Entrepreneurial experience
- Marketing, Customer Service, and/or Account Management
- Relevant Healthcare/Scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT, etc.)
- Educator (e.g., Teacher, Principal)
- Full-Time Military experience
- Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border.
- Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing.
- Proven track record of sales or marketing success, strong territory management skills, outstanding communication skills, demonstrated teamwork, leadership ability, and accountability.
- Experience with applicable disease states, therapeutic areas, and products.
- Knowledge of posted territory customers and markets (prescribers/HCPs/institutions/organizations).
- Must reside within the territory boundaries.
