Qualification Requirements:

• Essential:
  • 12th grade + D.Pharm or B.Pharm degree.

Terms and Conditions:

1. This appointment is for emergency medical arrangements and will not be regular or contractual. It will automatically end if a regular appointment is made.
2. The appointment is for one year, with possible extensions based on satisfactory work performance.
3. No eligibility for maternity or paternity leave; unpaid leave may be granted.
4. Monthly lump-sum honorarium will be paid; no additional allowances will be provided.
5. Termination can occur by either party with one month’s notice or one month’s salary in lieu of notice.
6. Continuous absence for over one month will result in automatic termination of service.

Selection Process:

1. Evaluation Criteria:
   • Educational Qualification: 70 marks (B.Sc. Nursing, GNM/B.M.L.T., D.M.L.T./D. Pharma, B. Pharma).
   • Experience: Up to 10 marks for valid government or semi-government experience (2 marks per year, maximum of 5 years).
   • Written Test: 20 marks (minimum 6 marks required to pass).
2. Documentation Required:
   • Mark sheets of prescribed minimum and desirable qualifications.
   • Live registration certificate from the CG Paramedical Council (if applicable).
   • Valid ID (Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport, PAN).
3. Eligibility List:
   • Eligible candidates will be called for document verification and the written test based on the received applications.
4. Priority for Selection:
   • Candidates from Sukma district will be prioritized, followed by those from the Bastar division.
   • In case of tie scores, the older candidate will be ranked higher.
5. Disqualifications:
   • Candidates whose services have been terminated due to indiscipline or irregularities will be ineligible.
6. Application Instructions:
   • Separate applications must be submitted for multiple posts.
   • Include one self-attested copy of each required document with the application.
   • Ensure the application form is complete and submitted before the deadline.
