Available Positions:

1. Head of Process Development

• Department: Process Development
• Location: Genome Valley, Hyderabad, Telangana
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Process Development department, overseeing scientists and engineers in developing clinical/commercial processes for novel vaccines and biologics.
  • Manage early-stage process development, optimization, scale-up, and support technology transfer and GMP manufacturing activities for human clinical trials.
• Experience Required:
  • 18+ years in relevant industry, focusing on mABs, Gene Therapy, recombinant vaccines, and/or biologics processes.
  • Proven experience in technology transfer and process development for robust scale-up and GMP manufacturing operations.

2. Head of Quality

• Department: QA/QC
• Location: Genome Valley, Hyderabad, Telangana
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall Quality function within the organization.
  • Lead the QA and QC teams to align with corporate goals, projects, plans, and timelines.
• Experience Required:
  • 18+ years of relevant experience in large molecules/vaccines/biologics industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP, GLP, EU, FDA, and ICH regulations and guidelines.

3. Head of Site Operations

• Department: Manufacturing
• Location: Genome Valley, Hyderabad, Telangana
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage manufacturing operations across multiple facilities.
  • Lead the Operations team to meet corporate goals, project timelines, and deliverables.
• Experience Required:
  • 20+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing/operations in mABs, Gene Therapy, recombinant vaccines, and/or biologics industry.
