Position Details:

  • Post: Lecturer, Pharmacy
  • Number of Posts: 47 (UR-25, SC-11, ST-02, OBC-5, EWS-04)
  • Pay Scale: Rs. 15600- Rs. 39100, Grade Pay- Rs. 5400 (Revised Pay Scale: Rs. 56100- Rs. 177500, Level-10)
  • Nature of Post: Gazetted, temporary, with contributory pension, Group ‘B’.

Educational Qualification:

  1. Required:
    • B.Pharma or equivalent degree with first class from a recognized University/Pharmacy Institute.
    • Knowledge of Hindi.
  2. Preferred:
    • Post Graduate Degree in the relevant subject.
    • Passed GPAT (Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test) examination.
    • One year industrial or academic experience (only Government/Government aided educational institutions/Public Undertakings or Limited Organizations).

Preferential Qualification:

  • Service in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years.
  • ‘B’ or ‘C’ certificate of National Cadet Corps (NCC).

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 21 years
  • Maximum Age: 42 years (as of 01 July 2024)
  • Date of Birth Range: Born between 02 July 1982 and 01 July 2003

Age Relaxation:

  • Uttarakhand SC/ST/OBC: +5 years
  • Dependents of Freedom Fighters of Uttarakhand: +5 years
  • Disabled Candidates of Uttarakhand: +5 years for Group “A” and “B” posts
  • Former Servicemen of Uttarakhand: +5 years (with conditions)

  • Unreserved: Rs. 172.30
  • Uttarakhand SC/ST: Rs. 82.30
  • Uttarakhand OBC/Economically Weaker Section: Rs. 172.30
  • Orphan Children in Government Homes: No fee
  • Uttarakhand Divyangjan: Rs. 22.30
