Job Title: QA Officer – Documentation
Location: Baddi, Himachal Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

As a QA Officer – Documentation, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Issuance and Retrieval of BMR/BPR & Log Books: Ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping.
2. Completion of Document Log Books: Maintaining BMR/BPR as per company standards.
3. Handling Process/IPQA Issues: Addressing and resolving issues in the production area to ensure smooth operations.
4. Preparation of SOPs: Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with GMP guidelines.
5. Document Control: Managing the issuance, control, and retrieval of all plant-related documents.
6. GMP Compliance: Implementing and maintaining GMP standards in documentation and production processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualifications:

• B. Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
• MSc (Master of Science)

Experience Required:

• 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Quality Assurance (QA) – Documentation.
