Eligibility Criteria

For Senior Scientific Officer:

• Deputation Eligibility:
  • Officers from Central/State Governments, Union territories, statutory organizations, PSUs, or recognized research institutions.
  • Qualifications:
    • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, Bacteriology, Medicine, Microbiology, or Biotechnology.
  • Experience:
    • Six years in Drugs Testing and Standardisation.
  • Desirable:
    • Doctorate in relevant fields.

For Scientific Officer:

• Deputation Eligibility:
  • Similar to Senior Scientific Officer.
  • Qualifications:
    • Master’s degree in relevant fields.
  • Experience:
    • Six years in Drugs Testing and Standardisation.
  • Desirable:
    • Doctorate in relevant fields.

Additional Notes:

• Age Limit: Maximum of 56 years as of the closing date of applications.
• Deputation Duration: Generally not exceeding three years.

4. Vigilance Clearance Certificate.
