About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our Formulation Development – Solid Oral Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development, optimization, and scale-up of solid oral dosage forms, particularly for oncology products. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize solid oral dosage forms (tablets, capsules, etc.) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead formulation development, stability studies, and process optimization for solid oral formulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Control, and Production, to ensure timely and efficient product development.
• Troubleshoot and investigate technical issues related to formulation and process development.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with internal SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and product dossiers for submission.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy, or related field).
• Experience: 3-5 years in solid oral dosage formulation development. Experience in oncology formulations is a plus.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • Hands-on experience with the development of solid oral dosage forms (tablets, capsules, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of cGMP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory standards (USP, European guidelines).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to working within a multidisciplinary team.
