Position: Diabetes Medical Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
  • Drive medical and scientific strategy for Diabetes in India in alignment with global and regional plans.
  • Lead medical plan creation, strategic partnerships, and patient-centric initiatives.
  • Monitor therapy area advancements and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with external experts and societies.
  • Conduct advisory boards and provide scientific education on Diabetes products.
• Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with commercial, regulatory, and clinical teams.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster teamwork across functions.
• Data Generation & Operations:
  • Lead evidence planning, local study approvals, and medical compliance.
  • Review and approve promotional and non-promotional materials.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education:
  • Doctorate degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD) is mandatory.
• Experience:
  • 1-3 years in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in medical affairs or clinical roles related to Diabetes or Insulin products.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
  • Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and omnichannel tools.
  • Ability to provide insights for medical education and evidence generation.
