Job Description: Senior Auditor, Quality Assurance
As a Senior Auditor in Quality Assurance (QA) at ICON, you will ensure compliance with GCP (Good Clinical Practice), regulatory standards, and corporate policies. You will play a key role in auditing, risk assessment, and quality management for clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead/Support Regulatory Inspections & Sponsor Audits – Host audits and ensure compliance with industry standards.
✔ Manage Quality Issues – Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions).
✔ Quality Management System (QMS) – Maintain and improve QMS processes.
✔ Training & Mentorship – Train staff on GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
✔ Business Development Support – Assist in quality-related initiatives and compliance strategies.
Candidate Profile:
✅ 5+ years in clinical research, pharmacovigilance, or QA (CRO/Pharma/Healthcare).
✅ Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
✅ Experience in hosting regulatory inspections & sponsor audits.
✅ Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
