Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Authoring:
Create SDS for multiple geographies in compliance with applicable hazard communication regulations. - Hazard Classification:
Derive hazard classifications for substances and mixtures following regulations such as GHS, CLP, and OSHA Hazard Communication Standard. - Compliance Reviews:
Perform compliance reviews of raw materials, formulas, and finished products for various regions in alignment with the Globally Harmonized System (GHS). - Data Integrity Management:
Maintain data accuracy within the SDS authoring software and ERP system, ensuring updated health, safety, environmental, and regulatory information. - Query Resolution:
Address internal and external stakeholder queries efficiently, involving team leads or subject matter experts (SMEs) for high-priority requests when necessary. - Task Prioritization:
Manage and complete requests within the defined turnaround time effectively. - Documentation Maintenance:
Ensure proper records are maintained as per defined formats and company standards.
