Position: Lead-IPQA (OSD)

Job Description:

Operational Quality Assurance: Ensure quality in Tablet & HGC manufacturing.
Documentation: Review and approve WI/SOPs and formats related to production operations.
Coordination: Plan and coordinate IPQA shifts based on production needs.
Compliance: Ensure collection, handling, and storage of samples as per cGMP requirements.
Batch Records: Review and approve executed batch records; manage final batch release and disposition (Release/Rejection) of in-process and finished product batches.
cGMP Compliance: Maintain continuous compliance in the shop floor.
Raw Material Handling: Ensure proper collection and handling of raw material samples as per cGMP.
Training & Development: Plan and monitor required training, motivate the team to ensure commitment, motivation, and competency.
QMS Evaluation: Lead evaluation, review, and approval of all QMS related to Manufacturing and Packing.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in Trackwise, SAP, LIMS.
Audit Exposure: Experienced with audits (USFDA, MHRA, Health Canada).
