Qualifications:

• B.Sc., M.Sc., B. Pharm, M. Pharm, B. Tech, M. Tech (any)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Issue Prior Notices to USFDA for samples.
• Prepare statements/declarations for customer scope products (e.g., Allergen, Non-GMO, Food Grade, WADA, Nitrosamine Risk Assessment, Heavy Metal Impurities, Elemental Impurities, Gluten-Free Statement).
• Fill and submit customer questionnaires with supporting documentation.
• Basic knowledge of product registration in international markets (e.g., Europe, Indonesia, Brazil, GCC countries).
• Respond to customer queries.
• Basic knowledge of FSSAI/FDA registration and guidelines.
• Ensure product compliance with regional regulations for distribution.
• Stay updated with national and international legislation, guidelines, and customer practices.
• Prepare submissions for additional products and establishment changes for state and central regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams to provide regulatory guidance during product development.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends, offering insights and recommendations.
• Basic knowledge of food certification standards (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, HACCP, Kosher, HALAL, EIA).
• Prepare Qualitative and Manufacturing Process Equivalence reports.
• Basic knowledge of government tender document preparation.
• Prepare documents for customs clearance.
