1. R&D Biotechnology – Protein Characterization
Grade: Executive/Sr. Executive
Experience: 2-6 years
Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
Brief Job Description:
- Develop LC-MS based methods for protein and peptide product characterization.
- Design and implement integrated strategies linking chromatography and mass spectrometry tools for qualitative and quantitative assessments of product variants and impurities.
- Develop and apply novel sample preparation methods with emphasis on LC-MS, CEX-MS, and SEC-MS for the characterization of innovator product batches.
- Design advanced workflows for PTMs, sequence variants, HCPs profiling, disulfide bond analysis, cell culture metabolite analysis, glycan analysis, etc.
- Prepare and review method development reports (MDR) and analytical test procedures (ATP).
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of analytical method development, qualification, and characterization of therapeutic proteins.
- Experience in biosimilarity assessment of biologics for regulated markets.
- Expertise in the analytical development of monoclonal antibodies, fusion proteins, and peptides is highly desirable.
2. R&D Biotechnology – Analytical Development (In Process)
Grade: Executive/Sr. Executive
Experience: 5-9 years
Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech in Biotechnology or Biochemistry
Brief Job Description:
- Develop HPLC-based methods for protein and peptide products.
- Design and implement integrated strategies using analytical tools for qualitative and quantitative assessments of product variants and impurities.
- Develop novel sample preparation methods focusing on RP-HPLC, SEC-HPLC, and CEX-HPLC.
- Design advanced workflows to measure and characterize process-related impurities at different stages of product development, including Host Cell Proteins (HCPs), Host Cell DNA (HCD), and leachables.
- Prepare and review method development reports (MDR) and analytical test procedures (ATP).
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of analytical method development and qualification.
- Experience in biosimilar development for regulated markets.
- Expertise in the analytical development of monoclonal antibodies and peptides is highly desirable.
