Position: Executive – FRD Orals

Job Description:

• Literature Search & Product Understanding: Conduct literature searches and interpret data for product development.
• Document Initiation: Start documents needed for product development, such as T-License and Import License.
• Product Strategy: Design and prepare product strategies for discussion with group or team leaders.
• Development Planning: Plan and execute product development work, including data compilation and project scheduling.
• Packaging & Stability: Manage packaging, labeling, and stability studies for batches.
• Optimization Trials: Execute formulation and process optimization trials, compile data, and assist in documentation.
• Batch Execution: Oversee scale-up, exhibit, characterization, process validation, and commercial batches at manufacturing sites.
• Documentation: Prepare documents for scale-up and exhibit batches, ensuring compliance with SOPs and guidelines.
