We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Compliance Head, ensuring regulatory excellence and operational integrity at our manufacturing sites.
Position: Compliance Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, particularly for USFDA/EU-regulated market sites.
- Oversee in-process controls for both non-sterile and sterile operations at the shop floor level.
- Manage validation and qualification of equipment, instruments, and software.
- Lead Quality Management System (QMS) activities, with a strong understanding of their nuances.
- Drive self-inspections and monitor CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) until closure.
- Utilize expertise in software-based QMS, electronic controls, and data management systems.
- Host external audits, demonstrating excellent communication skills and rapport-building during inspections.
- Lead site compliance efforts with self-motivation, adaptability, and team-centric collaboration.
- Drive collective harmony and compliance excellence across the organization.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in USFDA/EU-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- Skills:
- Expertise in auditing and regulatory compliance.
- Strong team leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English.
