Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager or Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and promotional plans for our product range, ensuring alignment with end consumer needs and market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Create comprehensive marketing and promotional plans for products to address the needs of end consumers.
  • Sales Force Integration: Ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies through collaboration with the sales force.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct primary research and maintain strong customer connections to gather valuable market insights.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders, including media, to ensure successful execution of marketing strategies.
  • Training & Development: Provide training and guidance to the sales team on product knowledge and effective communication strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with teams such as Medical Affairs, Learning & Development, and R&D to support product initiatives.
  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop brand plans and strategies, including market penetration and competitive analysis.
  • SWOT Analysis: Conduct SWOT analyses to identify opportunities and threats, guiding the sales team in maximizing growth.
  • Promotional Materials Creation: Develop brand inputs for promotions such as visual aids, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
  • Event Management: Organize and conduct meetings, scientific symposia, CMEs, and conferences to enhance brand visibility among healthcare professionals and hospitals.
  • Sales Motivation: Inspire and motivate the sales team through training camps, award ceremonies, and recognition programs.
  • Product Forecasting: Oversee product forecasting, strategy for new product pipelines, and post-launch initiatives for product growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 4 to 7 years of product marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Education: B. Pharma + MBA in Marketing or Pharma Management.
  • Therapy Knowledge: Experience in Gynaecology preferred, but candidates from any therapy area are encouraged to apply.
  • Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical industry experience is required.
