Job Description (DMHC Process):

As a Healthcare Voice Process Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Calling US healthcare providers to verify surveys on behalf of health plans.
  • Ensuring HIPAA compliance and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Working in US shifts with possible overtime/weekend shifts as needed.
  • Maintaining high typing speed (30-35 WPM with 90% accuracy).

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
✔ Basic knowledge of US healthcare (preferred but not mandatory)
✔ Good typing speed (30-35 WPM)
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
✔ Ability to work in night shifts (US hours)
✔ Team player with problem-solving skills
