Core Purpose of the Role:

As a Junior Analytical Development Scientist, you will support the formulation development team by conducting routine analysis of samples, method development, instrument calibration, documentation, and report preparation. You will also contribute to miscellaneous laboratory responsibilities.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Perform routine analysis of pharmaceutical samples.
  • Conduct method development for analytical testing.
  • Calibrate instruments and ensure their proper functioning.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
  • Contribute to general laboratory responsibilities.
  • Maintain proficiency in various instruments, including KF auto titrator, dissolution apparatus, spectroscopic instruments (e.g., UV spectrometer, IR), and chromatographic instruments (e.g., HPLC, GC).
  • Stay updated with scientific literature and industry trends.

Skills and Capabilities:

Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Proficiency with MS Office tools.
  • Ability to search and interpret scientific literature.
  • Knowledge of analytical instruments and techniques such as KF auto titrator, dissolution, spectroscopic instruments (UV, IR), and chromatographic instruments (HPLC, GC).
