Job Description: The jobholder will be responsible for independently drafting, negotiating, and finalizing new agreements, as well as amending existing agreements in line with Pharmacovigilance Agreement (PVA) standard operating procedures. Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting agreements based on approved PVA templates
- Coordinating input into agreements from relevant parties
- Compiling agreements
- Determining the company’s position and negotiating agreement terms with third parties
- Coordinating review cycles and sign-offs
- Implementing agreements
- Maintaining and updating existing agreements as necessary
- Ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information of agreements in the Pharmacovigilance Tracking Database
- Maintaining the status update of all agreements and ongoing work in the PV Database
- Managing Safety Data Exchange Agreement (SDEA) queries
