Job Description:

As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the smooth operation of Bioavailability/Bioequivalence (BA/BE) studies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Management: Collecting, compiling, and reviewing data from research studies.
  • Participant Engagement: Informing participants during the Informed Consent Form (ICF) process and addressing their concerns.
  • Investigational Product Administration: Assisting in the administration process of investigational products.
  • Monitoring Compliance: Acting as a custodian to ensure research participants adhere to study protocols and regulations.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Ensuring compliance with ethical standards such as ICH-GCP and GLP, as well as internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Documentation: Maintaining detailed records according to FDA guidelines, including drug administration and case report forms.
  • Coordination: Collaborating with pathology laboratories for sample analysis and supporting subject enrollment for new studies.
  • Supply Management: Ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and equipment prior to study initiation.
  • Timelines: Engaging with study staff to meet project submission timelines and ensuring timely completion of study documentation.

Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or MSc in Clinical Research.
  • Experience: 2-8 years as a Clinical Research Coordinator in a reputed BA/BE center.
