Position Overview:
We are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Assistant who is passionate about regulatory compliance and documentation. This role involves providing essential administrative support to our regulatory affairs department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including travel arrangements, expense coordination, and meeting planning.
  • Manage document archiving and retrieval processes, maintaining organized archive areas for departmental processes, training materials, and regulatory documentation.
  • Assist with the management of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Practice Documents (WPDs).
  • Help maintain the department’s webpage and utilization/resourcing tools.
  • Support the archiving of documents and submissions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational qualifications preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical or Clinical Research Organization (CRO) industry.
