Position: Executive / Sr. Executive – R&D

Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry with 3-5 years of experience
  OR
• Ph.D. in the same fields (Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in Immunoassay development).

Experience and Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with fluorescence technology.
• Expertise in immunoassay development, reagent development, and nanomaterial synthesis for assay development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development of Immunoassays:
   • Innovate and create fluorescence-based immunoassays.
2. Reagent Development:
   • Synthesize and bio-conjugate nanomaterials for assay development.
3. Experiment Execution:
   • Perform experiments for development and validation of fluorescence-based kits.
4. Testing & Clinical Validation:
   • Conduct clinical validation of developed immunoassays.
5. Reporting:
   • Compile daily experimental reports and update the team lead.
