Consultant (Drug Procurement)

  • No of Posts: 01 (Gen)
  • Mode of Recruitment: Deputation / Contractual
  • Essential Qualification:
    • M.Pharm / MBBS with a postgraduate degree or diploma in Medicine from a recognized university/institution.
  • Desirable Qualification:
    • MBA/PGDM is preferred.
  • Age Limit:
    • 50 years (Retired government/PSU officials up to 62 years may also apply).
  • Monthly Fixed Honoraria:
    • INR 118,500 – 200,000 + 3% annual increment. If the last drawn salary is higher, the offered salary may be increased up to the next level within the maximum limit.
  • Post Qualification Experience:
    • Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in drug procurement for public or government agencies and 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Key Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Building relationships with government counterparts.
    • Supervising preparation of deliverables by team members.
    • Generating insights towards procurement processes.
    • Finalizing draft bid documents and conducting pre-bid meetings.
    • Managing the bidding process and supplier negotiations.
    • Addressing grievances related to the procurement process.

Pharmacist (Drug Procurement)

  • No of Posts: 02 (Gen)
  • Mode of Recruitment: Deputation / Contractual
  • Essential Qualification:
    • B.Pharm degree from a recognized university/institution.
  • Desirable Qualification:
    • M.Pharm is preferred.
  • Age Limit:
    • 45 years
  • Monthly Fixed Honoraria:
    • INR 47,600 – 50,000 + 3% annual increment. If the last drawn salary is higher, the offered salary may be increased up to the next level within the maximum limit.
  • Post Qualification Experience:
    • Minimum 1 year of work experience, including at least six months in drug procurement/logistics or supply chain.
  • Key Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Preparing tenders for drug procurement.
    • Managing correspondences and maintaining procurement-related information.
    • Coordinating with teams for documentation and uploading rate contracts.
    • Performing any other duties assigned by senior management.
