Key Responsibilities
- Analytical Testing:
- Perform individual analytical tests for dietary supplements and ingredients as assigned.
- Execute testing projects adhering to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety standards.
- Prepare comprehensive summary reports and respond to QA observations.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide scientific insights to resolve complex technical issues.
- Ensure precision in testing and data analysis to minimize errors.
- Laboratory Operations:
- Maintain equipment calibration and ensure readiness for projects.
- Coordinate procurement of laboratory supplies in line with project timelines.
- Quality and Compliance:
- Participate in ISO-9001 & ISO-17025 certification and audits.
- Support audits by addressing observations promptly.
- Collaboration and Innovation:
- Propose and implement new approaches to enhance lab efficiency.
- Actively engage with various internal teams (GPH, RSL, QA, etc.).
Candidate Profile
- Education:
Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or Analytical Chemistry (MSc). - Experience:
- 1 to 3 years in a high-volume pharmaceutical manufacturing QC lab or contract pharmaceutical analytical testing lab.
- Hands-on experience with pharmaceutical dosage forms, such as oral and liquid formulations.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HPLC operation using Empower software.
- Expertise in dissolution analysis.
- Additional Qualities:
- Strong commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
- Ability to positively influence project direction and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
