Synthesis R&D Team Leader

Qualifications:

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry

Experience:

• 5-15 years of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the R&D team focused on the synthesis and characterization of pharmacopeial and non-pharmacopeial impurities.
• Expertise in purification techniques such as column chromatography and crystallization.
• Proficient in analytical techniques including IR, Mass Spectrometry, NMR, and HPLC.
• Conduct literature searches to identify cost-effective synthetic routes.
• Ensure lab safety and chemical management procedures are followed.
