Position: Jr. Research Associate
Experience Required: 1 to 5 years
Qualifications: M.Sc in Microbiology or Biotechnology

Key Responsibilities:

• Bacterial characterization
• Maintenance of bacterial cultures
• Phenotypic and genotypic characterization
• Antimicrobial susceptibility testing (disc diffusion and broth dilution methods)
• Time-kill curve studies
• Fractional Inhibitory Concentration (FIC) studies
• Bioburden analysis in biological samples

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
