Minimum Qualification & Eligibility:

• Matriculate
• Diploma in Pharmacy
• Registered with Pharmacy Council under Pharmacy Act 1948 with valid registration.

Mode of Selection:
Selection will be through an Aptitude Test.

Aptitude Test Details:

• Type: Objective
• Duration: 90 minutes
• Questions: 100
• Maximum Marks: 100
• Minimum Pass Marks: 50 (General), 40 (SC/ST)

Empanelment Norms:

1. Basis of Empanelment: Marks obtained in Aptitude Test.
2. Merit Consideration:
   • Marks obtained in the aptitude test.
   • In case of a tie, the Date of Appointment will be considered.
   • If there’s still a tie, the Date of Birth (elder candidate) will be considered.
3. Training Period: Candidates newly appointed as dependent/PAP who have not completed their 6 months training period will not be considered.
4. Reservation Norms: As per rule for SC/ST and PWD candidates.

Instructions for Application:

1. Eligibility Check: Ensure eligibility according to the qualifications and other norms before submitting the application.
2. Application Format: Applications must be in the prescribed proforma, affixing a recent photograph duly attested by the controlling officer/unit-in-charge, along with self-attested educational/statutory certificates.
3. Verification: Controlling Officer/Unit In-charge must verify details, counter sign with seal the documents, and ensure Annual Performance Ratings and Departmental Clearance Certificate are certified.
4. Forwarding Applications: Original and complete applications of eligible candidates should be forwarded to GM(P/IR) for consideration. Candidates of WCL HQ should forward to Dy. GM (P/IR).
5. Soft Copy Submission: Provide data in excel format to Dy. GM (P/IR) via email at gmir1.wcl@coalindia.in.
6. Application Format Compliance: Applications in any other format or received directly will not be entertained.

Important Notes:

1. Candidates must be willing to work in any Areas/Establishments of WCL on selection.
2. Selected candidates will be posted in Areas/Establishments of WCL as required.
