Job Description:

YMC India is seeking a highly motivated and skilled R&D Sr. Chemist to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading research and development activities, particularly in small-scale synthesis and impurity studies. This role requires strong expertise in CRO environments and a deep understanding of analytical techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute R&D activities on a small scale.
• Conduct individual research, plan projects, and resolve synthesis-related challenges.
• Interpret and analyze NMR, Mass, and IR spectra effectively.
• Utilize experience in CRO and impurity studies to advance R&D objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

• MSc in Chemistry.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in research and development.
• Strong interpretation skills for NMR, Mass, and IR spectra.
• Experience in CRO environments and impurity analysis is preferred.
