Job Opportunity for Instrumentation Engineers at Zydus Biologics, Biotech Park, Ahmedabad
Position: Executive / Senior Executive (Instrumentation and Control)
Qualification: B.E in Instrumentation and Control
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive maintenance of process and utility equipment.
- Perform calibration and qualification of equipment in compliance with procedures.
- Ensure adherence to 21 CFR SCADA systems, instruments, and utilities.
- Troubleshoot SCADA, PLC, instruments, networking, IT & OT networks, server management, and data backup processes.
- Operate and maintain process equipment such as autoclaves, bio-reactors, fermenters, chromatography systems, TFF, centrifuges, etc.
- Manage calibration of instruments for plant and utilities using SAP.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to regulatory documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with cGMP/GLP standards is essential.
