Walk-in Interview for Zydus Lifesciences Ltd. Moraiya – Ahmedabad at Hyderabad

Positions and Responsibilities:

Production – OSD

Officer / Associate Manager:

• Manufacturing Tablet/ Capsule – Granulation, Compression, Coating, Inspection.
• Planning batch manufacturing in coordination with PPMC.
• Monitoring line clearance, cleaning of equipment, instruments, auxiliary items.
• Conducting qualification activities.
• Initiating QMS activities (Change control, deviation, CAPA, investigation).
• Handling manpower and allocating daily activities.

Plant Operator/ Technical Assistant:

• ITI / Diploma with 3 – 8 years of experience in operating machines like Granulation (ACG, Glatt, Tapasya, GEA), Fitzpatrick Roll Compactor, Compression machines (Fette, Korsch), Coating machines (Glatt, ACG, Ganson), Encapsulation machines (Bochang, Changsung, KDE, GIC, Gamma ACG), Wurster Coater (ACG, Glatt, Anish), imprinting, Visual Inspection, Capsule filling (Adapta, MG2, ACG, ZRO).
• Performing line clearance, operation, and cleaning of equipment/instruments/auxiliary items.

Packing

Plant Operator/Technical Assistant:

• Diploma with 3-12 years of experience in operating machines like CVC bulk packing, sachet packing, blister packing machines (BQS, ACG, PamPac).
• Performing line clearance, operating, and cleaning equipment/instruments/auxiliary items.

Warehouse

Officer / Sr. Executive:

• B.Sc. with 3 – 7 years of experience in handling warehouse activities like dispensing, raw material, packaging material, finished goods of Oral Solid dosage, online documentation, and reconciliation of materials.
• Experience in handling physical stock verification & QMS documentation.
• Preferable experience in SAP.
