Job Description:
- Actively aid the consulting team in various project phases including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
- Explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on research, literature surveys, public domain information, and vendor evaluations, and build POCs.
- Create requirement specifications from business needs, define to-be processes, and develop detailed functional designs based on requirements.
- Support configuring solution requirements on products, diagnose root causes of issues, seek clarifications, and identify solution alternatives.
- Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high-quality value-adding solutions to customers.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Technology, Pharmacy, or Engineering.
- Experience: 5-9 years in the Pharma/Healthcare/Clinical research industry.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to develop value-creating strategies and models for client innovation, growth, and profitability.
- Good knowledge of software configuration management systems.
- Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Understanding of financial processes for various project types and pricing models.
- Ability to assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.
- One or two industry domain knowledge.
- Client interfacing skills.
- Project and team management skills.
