Key Responsibilities

As a Therapy Business Manager, your primary role will be to drive the success of assigned brands in the specialty segment. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Brand Launch: Successfully launch and promote assigned brands in line with the brand strategy.
  2. Target Achievement: Consistently meet patient-on-therapy, unit, and value targets.
  3. Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and ensure comprehensive customer coverage.
  4. Medico-Marketing Activities: Execute compliant marketing initiatives to support brand growth.
  5. Distribution Management: Oversee distribution channels and ensure seamless service delivery to stakeholders.
  6. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement immediate and medium-term business plans for the region.
  7. Market Intelligence: Gather and report market insights to the Head Office (HO).

Candidate Profile

Abbott is looking for candidates with:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a specialty segment.
  • Proven experience in selling premium brands.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and business growth.
