Key Responsibilities:
- EDC Study Setup: Oversee and manage Electronic Data Capture (EDC) study setups with a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience.
- Clinical Trial Processes: Understand and navigate business processes involved in clinical trials, including EDC, lab data management, sample management, data review, reconciliation, and data transformation.
- IT Business Analysis: If applicable, leverage experience as an IT Business Analyst to enhance the integration of IT systems with clinical processes.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on current and future business and IT systems, identifying gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Solution Design: Propose optimal solutions that align with business requirements and IT capabilities, covering software applications, system architectures, data models, and workflows.
- Testing and Implementation: Facilitate testing, validation, and implementation of solutions, ensuring they deliver the desired benefits and outcomes.
- Training and Support: Provide training, support, and guidance to stakeholders and users on utilizing and optimizing solutions effectively.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of solutions, offering feedback and recommendations for enhancements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, project managers, developers, engineers, testers, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the life sciences or clinical domain.
- Strong understanding of EDC and clinical trial processes.
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
