Job Responsibilities
Manufacturing & Packing – Operator/Associate
- Utilize and maintain machinery for coating, compression, granulation, capsule filling, and packing.
- Make sure that standard operating procedures are followed, and keep the production space clean and safe.
Quality Assurance – Senior Manager/Officer
- Use methods like gas chromatography, dissolution testing, and HPLC to test stability samples and completed commodities.
- Analytical Method Validation (AMV) should be carried out when needed, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) should be followed and enforced.
Packaging & Manufacturing – Senior Officer/Officer
- Oversee and coordinate the compression, coating, capsule filling, and packing processes.
- While following corporate guidelines and standards, keep an eye on and guarantee the caliber of the production process and the finished goods.
Qualifications
Manufacturing & Packing – Operator/Associate
- Educational Requirements: ITI, diploma, or D. Pharm in addition to grades 10 and 12 are required.
- Experience: three to ten years working in a manufacturing setting for pharmaceuticals.
Quality Assurance – Senior Manager/Officer
- Education Requirement: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharm.
- Experience: three to eight years, with an emphasis on stability studies, FG testing, and mastery of AMV, GLP, HPLC, dissolution, and gas chromatography.
Packaging & Manufacturing – Senior Officer/Officer
- The required education is B. Pharm or M. Pharm.
- Experience: 02–08 years, with knowledge of packing, coating, compression, and capsule filling.
Skills Required
Manufacturing & Packing – Operator/Associate
- competent in capsule filling, compression, coating, granulation, and pellet coating.
- strong devotion to safety and quality standards as well as meticulous attention to detail.
Quality Assurance – Senior Manager/Officer
- proficiency in AMV, gas chromatography, dissolution tests, and HPLC.
- familiarity with conducting stability studies and upholding GLP criteria.
Packaging & Manufacturing – Senior Officer/Officer
- thorough understanding of the procedures involved in packaging, coating, compression, and capsule filling.
- Capacity to oversee and guarantee compliance with production and quality requirements.
