Position: Head – Injectable Manufacturing

Job Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Pharm.
• Experience: At least 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, with a minimum of 3 years in a multiline commercial manufacturing facility.
• Skills: High level of ownership, commitment to productivity, compliance, and quality. Strong leadership and management skills are essential, along with experience in managing a large and diverse team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead sterile manufacturing and packing areas independently.
• Ensure timely execution of exhibit, process validation, and commercial batches in coordination.
• Adhere to standards and procedures as per regulatory requirements.
• Review and provide inputs on documents such as deviation reports, change control, market complaints, and qualifications.
• Implement strategies for cost savings, productivity enhancements, and improvements.
• Control operational costs within the manufacturing department.
