Position Details:
1. Executive – Quality Assurance / Quality Control (OSD/Injectable/API)
Job Criteria:
- Qualification: M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years
Job Role:
- Operate QC instruments such as HPLC, LCMS, GC, UV-spectrophotometer, dissolution apparatus, KF, IPC-OES, IR spectrophotometer.
- Handle QMS activities and maintain lab records.
- Ensure QC compliances and manage GLP activities.
2. Technical Officer / Junior Executive / Executive – Production (OSD)
Job Criteria:
- Qualification: M.Pharm/B.Pharm/DME/ITI
- Experience: 1 to 5 years
Job Role:
- Manage granulation, compression, coating, pelletization, and capsule filling areas.
- Perform area and equipment line clearance, process validation, and cleaning validation.
- Review BMR & BPR and manage shop floor QMS documents.
- Ensure shop floor compliances and handle investigations.
3. Technical Officer / Junior Executive / Executive – Packing (OSD)
Job Criteria:
- Qualification: M.Pharm/B.Pharm/DME/D.Pharm/ITI
- Experience: 1 to 5 years
Job Role:
- Manage blister packing, bulk bottle, Track and Trace, serialization, and documentation.
- Operate machines such as CAM, BQS, HONGA & UHLMANN.
4. Junior Executive – Production (Injectable)
Job Criteria:
- Qualification: Diploma/ITI
- Experience: 1 to 5 years
Job Role:
- Exposure to aseptic practices and good documentation practices.
- Handle manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves, isolators, lyophilizers, vial washing and tunnels, vial/ophthalmic/PFS filling, aseptic filtration, CIP/SIP, and active freeze drying systems.
- Operate and maintain solution preparation systems as per SOP.
