Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc/M.Sc/PhD in Alcohol Technology, Sugar Technology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of overall industry experience.
- At least 8 years of specific experience in the Sugar & Distillery/Enzyme industry.
- A minimum of 6 years in a leadership role focused on domestic and export markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Department Business Ownership (P&L)
- Lead and manage the department’s business in both domestic and export markets.
- Customer & Sales Leadership
- Provide subject matter expertise to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- People Leadership
- Manage and develop the team with strong leadership skills.
