Job Description:
- Receive and respond to medical information inquiries in a timely manner via phone, fax, email, or mail from patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Utilize FAQs and product labeling to accurately respond to medical inquiries.
- Perform outbound calls to obtain missing or additional information.
- Document medical inquiries, product quality complaints, and adverse events.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and quality departmental procedures.
