Key Responsibilities:
Optimize and scale up Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) processes from lab scale to kilo-scale.
Conduct experiments to validate process parameters and improve yields.
Collaborate with the production team for efficient and smooth technology transfer.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain documentation of lab activities.
Experience with kilo lab equipment and participation in HAZOP studies will be an added advantage.
Required Skills & Experience:
3-10 years of experience in the API industry.
Expertise in scaling up processes from lab to kilo-scale.
Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with kilo-lab equipment.
Understanding of safety protocols and HAZOP studies.
Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
