- Set up and execute reactions for the synthesis of target molecules/compounds.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and good laboratory practices.
- Maintain comprehensive records while ensuring Data Integrity and Intellectual Property (IP) compliance.
Skills Required:
- Strong foundation in organic chemistry.
- Hands-on experience in synthesis and analytical techniques.
