Job Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Retail Field Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily visits to chemists and GP doctors.
• Manage route-wise work with chemists and geo-tagging.
• Enhance product visibility in retail stores.
• Organize trade activations, retail meets, and doctor OPD camps.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and local retailers.

Requirements:

• Freshers & undergraduates preferred.
• 6 months of OTC company experience (advantage).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Male & female candidates can apply.

2. Medical Representative (Field Officer)

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote pharma products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
• Provide product knowledge and scientific support to doctors.

Requirements:

• B.Sc (Biology) / B.Pharm graduates only.
• 6 months of pharma sales experience (preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
