1. Research Associate / Senior Research Associate
Experience: 4-7 Years
Qualification: M.Pharm
Section: Formulation R&D
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct formulation development activities.
- Operate and manage relevant instruments and equipment.
- Understand and implement regulatory guidelines applicable to formulation development.
- Experience with ER, MR, and Pellets drug products for the US and EU markets is essential.
2. Officer
Experience: 2-4 Years
Qualification: B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Section: Production (Granulation / Compression / Coating)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production activities including Granulation, Compression, and Coating.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards in the manufacturing area.
- Prepare daily production schedules and manage machine-wise planning and scheduling.
- Allocate manpower at all workstations and maintain accurate records of production activities.
- Update online documentation and handle Quality Management System (QMS) activities on a daily basis.
