Job Description
Purpose:
Execute and oversee Formulation Technology Transfer activities across Cipla sites and Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) to ensure process standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key Accountabilities:
- Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate the transfer of comprehensive product and process knowledge to manufacturing units, ensuring thorough documentation to support new product implementation.
- Planning & Requirements: Identify and document essential requirements such as raw materials, packaging materials, tooling, and machinery for batch execution in alignment with the monthly production plan.
- Batch Execution: Participate in the execution of placebo, feasibility, assessment, regulatory, and amendment batches within assigned timelines.
- Data Compilation: Gather, compile, and organize batch records, in-process data, analytical results, and stability information for dossier submission.
- Control Strategy Development: Assist in evaluating batch data to establish a robust control strategy for successful commercial launches.
- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance for CIP (Continuous Improvement Projects), AVD (Analytical Validation Documents), and site transfer activities, contributing to product life cycle management.
- Tech Transfer at CMO: Engage in technology transfer initiatives at CMO facilities for new product development.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 5-7 years in formulation development and/or manufacturing.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory market requirements.
- Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
- Skills: Proficiency in formulation tech transfer and data analysis.
