Responsibilities in the Job
As an Executive to Assistant Manager at Cronus Pharma, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Independently contributing to the development and management of pharmaceutical products, particularly in orals and injectables.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Assisting in R&D processes to bring new products to market.
- Managing production schedules and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Supporting the marketing and distribution of products to national and regional distributors.
- Monitoring product performance and making recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role should meet the following qualifications:
- Education: M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics / Pharm. Tech.)
- Experience: 4-9 years of experience in an independent contributory role within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in solid orals and injectables (TTD).
- Skills: Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D processes, manufacturing, regulatory requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Strong communication and organizational skills are a must, as well as the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
